Cannon and Amazon have filed a joint trademark infringement lawsuit in the US. They are collaborating to aggressively pursue counterfeiters in the US and around the world to protect its consumers from fake and potentially unsafe products. The suit lists 29 selling accounts which sold camera batteries and chargers in the Amazon Store in the US. Sales of counterfeit goods on e-commerce websites are on the increase in proportion to e-commerce growth.
