After a lengthy legal process Michael P Chisena, a Long-Island man who tried to register the trademarks ‘All rise’ ‘Here Comes The Judge’, in an attempt to profit off of merchandise has been denied the rights that belong to Bronx star Aaron Judge. Aaron Judge is a staple to the Yankees lineup and hit 52 homers in his rookie season and won the All Star Home Run Derby Title. Administrative Trademark Judge David K Heasley wrote in his decision that the phrases and design would cause confusion and be deceiving to customers that would associate, and believe that the one sponsoring the merchandise was Aaron Judge.
